Job Description

  • Maintain accurate inventory records of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, and consumables.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely reordering of supplies.
  • Perform regular stock audits, reconciliations, and physical verification.
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of items in compliance with hospital standards and health regulations.
  • Update inventory software systems and generate reports for management as needed.
  • Coordinate with different departments to forecast supply needs.
  • Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or expired items.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or storekeeping, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with medical supplies and hospital logistics is an advantage.
