Role & Responsibilities:
- To Ensure 100% IRA by daily counting of stock.
- Ensure batch management of stock and rotation stock based on FEFO methods.
- Proper handling and staking of material to ensure zero damages at warehouse end.
- Designed warehouse layout and space management, Product CatLog, tagging and placement of stock to their respective area.
- Damage/expiry stock management end to end, timely incineration and offloading from system after management approval.
- Dispatch plan and vehicle route planning on daily basis, ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met.
- Coordination with sales team for VFR management, ensure 95% vehicle load for all upcoming and local dispatches.
- Liaising with sales operation team, customer, transport companies, and clients as per operation needs.
- Shifts planning to ensure reduction of over time, training, supervising and appraising staff.
- To ensure health and safety at location for all, stock, MHE’s and resource.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Operating ERP, IT systems and timely provide data to management.
- Maintaining statistical and financial records, such as pick list, GP, ITR, IT, manual GP data etc.
- Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- MBA/ BBA degree, preferred to Supply Chain professional (with similar role in FMCG).
- Min. 4-5 years of experience in a similar industry.
