Job Description:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Technical Supply Chain Specialist to manage and optimize our procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of machinery components and raw materials, with experience in coordinating suppliers, monitoring inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of parts for production. This role requires both supply chain expertise and engineering understanding to keep operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee procurement of technical components, spare parts, and raw materials for machinery production

* Evaluate and negotiate with local and international suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality sourcing

* Monitor and manage inventory levels, forecasting requirements to avoid shortages or delays

* Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth material flow

* Ensure compliance with supply chain policies, quality standards, and safety regulations

* Handle import/export documentation and logistics coordination when required

* Maintain supplier performance records and build strong vendor relationships

* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline supply chain processes

Requirements:

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field

* Experience: 3–5 years in supply chain, procurement, or logistics (preferably in the machinery/manufacturing sector)

* Strong technical knowledge of machinery parts, components, and materials

* Proficiency in supply chain management tools and ERP systems

* Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and problem-solving skills

* Ability to handle local and international procurement processes

* Professional discipline with strong organizational and communication skills
