AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire Import Export Executive for its Head office based in DHA Karachi

Position: Import Export Executive

Experience: At least 2-5 Years’

Salary: 70K-80K

Qualification: BBA/MBA

Requirement:

Strong knowledge in Import & DTRE (Duty and Tax Remission for Exporters).

Job Description:

• Trade Compliance: Ensure all import and export activities comply with international laws and regulations
• Stay updated with changes in trade policies, custom regulations, and import/export procedures
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for import and export transactions (e.g. invoices bills of lading, licenses, declarations)
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport companies for timely and cost effective shipment of goods
• Supply Chain Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to minimize costs and enhance efficiency in the import/export process
• Monitor and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels
• Develop and maintain relationship with suppliers, customs brokers, and logistics providers
• Negotiate contacts and rates with shipping lines and freight forwarders
• Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions

Analyze trade data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas of improvement
