1) Manager Sales (export)
2) Manager Sales (import)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales operations for both import and export divisions.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand business in local and international markets.
- Identify and build strong relationships with new clients (domestic buyers and overseas customers).
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers and clients.
- Monitor global and local trade trends, tariffs, and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with import/export laws, customs regulations, and trade documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse, trucking, and documentation teams for timely order execution.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in import/export sales (logistics/trading industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of trade regulations, customs clearance, and INCOTERMS.
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Leadership ability with experience managing clients and accounts.
- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/CRM knowledge is an advantage.
