Operations Coordinator – E-Commerce

Karachi, Pakistan

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our growing e-commerce team in Karachi. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, handling customer issues, tracking nationwide deliveries, and managing product listings. You will play a vital role in keeping our logistics efficient and our customers satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Care & Complaint Handling: Manage customer complaints effectively and provide timely resolutions.
  • Shipment Tracking: Track all dispatched shipments across Pakistan (approx. 40–50 per day) and ensure deliveries are completed within KPIs.
  • Dispatch Notifications: Immediately inform consignees via message after shipment dispatch.
  • Customer Queries: Respond promptly to sales-related questions via WhatsApp and maintain professional communication.
  • Reporting: Submit daily operational reports to the line manager.
  • Analytics: Prepare weekly and monthly analytical reports for shipment tracking and confirmations.
  • Product Management: Update website listings daily by uploading new products and marking items as in-stock/out-of-stock.
  • Back-Up Role: In the absence of the Phone Verification Officer, support with order confirmations and courier portal booking (approx. 40–50 shipments).

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th grade) or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in e-commerce operations/logistics
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Good English writing and communication skills
  • Clear, confident voice for professional phone communication
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: PKR 30,000 – 35,000 per month
  • Attendance Bonus: PKR 2,500 per month for full attendance
  • Provident Fund Deduction: PKR 2,000
  • Annual Leaves: 12

Work Schedule & Location:

  • Work Type: Full-time, on-site
  • Timings: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Saturday, 10-hour shift)
  • Location: Falak Corporate City, Talpur Road, beside I.I. Chundrigar Road, opposite National Bank of Pakistan Head Office, Karachi
