AM Procurement

Job Responsibilities:

• Search for prospective suppliers/manufacturers.
• Maintains, carries out, and is responsible for the procurement of local construction material.
• Obtain and analyze quotations and negotiate total cost elements.
• Preparation of price comparative statements and monitoring the allocated budget.
• Conducting Market Survey.
• Maintain Quality Assurance of vendor list.
• Supporting projects in procurement related matters.
• Co-ordinate with various sections and third parties for on time delivery and Advises suppliers of defective goods delivered and arranges necessary follow-ups.
• Monitor vendors’ performance (quality, delivery times, etc.)
• Check invoices to ensure the correct price.

Requirement:

• Bachelors in the relevant domain Master's would be preferred.
• 1 to 2 years relevant experience.
• Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
• Good Sounds knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of market research.
