Job Requirement Details

Designation / Title:

Manager – Supply Chain & Procurement (Imports)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement process including vendor sourcing, negotiations, and order finalization.

Handle import documentation, shipment coordination, and ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.

Forecast demand and plan procurement to avoid stock outs or overstock situations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with international and local suppliers.

Monitor supplier performance and ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery.

Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Warehouse, Sales, and Product teams) for smooth operations.

Track and analyze supply chain KPIs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Identify risks in the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies.

Educational Qualification(s):

Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Certification in Supply Chain (CSCP, CPSM, CIPS) will be an added advantage.

Years of Experience Required:

4 – 6 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, and import operations.

FMCG

Import-oriented businesses

Age Bracket (if relevant):

28 – 40 years

Salary Budget / CTC Range:

FILL it (depending on experience and qualifications)

Additional Notes:

Strong knowledge of import documentation and international trade terms (Incoterms).

Proficiency in MS Excel, Data analysis tools and ERP systems.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Fluency in English (spoken & written) required; Chinese language will be a plus.
