Manager - Delivery Operations

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Delivery Manager to oversee and optimize our order fulfillment and last-mile delivery operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery operations, including the management of the company’s in-house rider fleet and coordination with external delivery partners.
• Collaborate with branches, customer service, and delivery partners to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Monitor daily performance metrics (OTD, delivery TAT, etc.) and implement process improvements.
• Resolve delivery-related issues and customer escalations efficiently.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery speed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Lead and mentor the delivery support team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or logistics/delivery management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with delivery management systems and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
