Inventory Supervisor

We are presently seeking to hire a highly qualified Inventory Supervisor, acts as the strategic guardian of all physical assets, ensuring that stock levels are perfectly calibrated to meet demand without creating waste. You transform warehouse data into operational efficiency, maintaining a high-precision inventory system that supports the speed and scale of the business across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end stock lifecycle, from receiving and inspection to storage and dispatch, ensuring that every item is accounted for and handled with care.
• Direct regular cycle counts and full physical audits across multiple sites, investigating variances and implementing corrective actions to maintain 100% data integrity.
• Monitor stock aging and expiration dates, utilizing First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principles to minimize spoilage and protect the financial health of the inventory.
• Analyze consumption patterns to set optimal par levels and reorder points, preventing stock-outs while reducing excess capital tied up in slow-moving items.
• Manage the internal transfer process between central production units and individual branches, ensuring that logistics and documentation are synchronized.
• Supervise warehouse staff and inventory clerks, providing the training and leadership necessary to uphold safety standards and organizational protocols.
• Generate detailed inventory reports for the finance and operations teams, highlighting usage trends, wastage costs, and opportunities for procurement optimization.
