As an Inventory Support Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory systems across multiple clinic locations. Acting as the vital link between our headquarters and field teams, you’ll ensure that every product and device is accounted for, every discrepancy is resolved, and every clinic follows standardized best practices.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and teamwork. You’ll partner with clinic staff, vendors, and our HQ Inventory team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support company-wide inventory initiatives.
LaserAway offers a competitive hourly rate of $20–$25 per hour, based on experience and location. This position also offers the opportunity for growth within our expanding operations and inventory management teams.
Champion Inventory Accuracy: Ensure all clinics adhere to LaserAway’s inventory SOPs, maintaining accuracy across all systems and records.
Investigate & Resolve Discrepancies: Identify, research, and correct inventory discrepancies in collaboration with clinic staff, warehouse partners, and the HQ Inventory team.
Manage Vendor Communication: Monitor department inboxes, track shipments, and verify product deliveries to ensure all inventory is received and properly checked in.
Optimize Systems: Input and update data in ERP and inventory management platforms with precision and attention to detail.
Reconciliation & Auditing: Assist with monthly inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and follow-ups on audit findings to ensure compliance.
Support Multi-Clinic Operations: Oversee inter-clinic transfers, monitor outstanding dashboard items, and provide timely updates to management.
Train & Empower Staff: Support clinic teams through ongoing training, reinforcing best practices in inventory management and SOP adherence.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Operations, Procurement, and Finance to align on process improvements, reporting, and compliance goals.
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
1–2 years of experience in inventory, supply chain, retail operations, or a medical office setting.
Experience supporting multiple locations is a plus.
Proficiency in inventory management systems or ERP platforms.
Strong Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive) skills for reporting and collaboration.
Familiarity with tracking systems and data entry best practices.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Clear and effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to resolving discrepancies.
Ability to work independently while staying connected to team goals.
