About the Role:
We’re seeking a high-energy, proactive, detail-oriented
Inventory Support Specialist to support our production operations. In this role, you’ll help ensure that materials, parts, and supplies are efficiently managed so our teams can deliver world-class imaging systems on time.
You’ll be a vital link between production planning and manufacturing — helping Omega deliver innovative imaging systems that advance patient care.
Key Responsibilities-
Generate and manage Production Planning Action Reports to signal work order needs.

Process work orders and ensure timely part pulls for manufacturing assemblies.

Organize and maintain parts inventory, bins, and storage locations.

Support weekly cycle counts and annual physical inventories to ensure data accuracy.

Assist with shipping and receiving, including unpacking, inspection, data entry in ERP systems, and preparation of outgoing shipments.

Ensure materials are ready and available for manufacturing as needed.

Support audit and reporting tasks to maintain inventory integrity.

Contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom environment.
Qualifications & Skills-
Experience in material management or production planning within a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

High energy and the ability to multi-task and operate under minimal supervision.

Collaborative mindset with excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

Familiarity with ERP systems a plus.
