We identify fraudulent actions and responsible individuals. We calculate financial losses. We guide our clients in litigation processes.

Commercial Dispute Services

We calculate and / or assess damage claims of our clients or counterparties in local/ international court and arbitration cases.

We establish highly complex subject matter expert opinion reports related to insurance dispute cases.

Regulatory Compliance & Integrity Services

We design and implement code of conducts and comprehensive compliance programs for our clients.

A Successful Forensic Team Member

As an Analyst, your main responsibility will be performing field works. This is an entry level role after completing a university degree or relevant studies. You will;

Receive and respond to the directives of senior team members (Consultant, Senior Consultant and Manager) in completing tasks and assignments,

Provides support and assistance on projects,

Begin to build technical knowledge in relevant service line,

Meet or exceed individual and team goals and practice initiatives,

Manage and plan own time and tasks, determine priorities; work with other teams for research or to resolve issues,

Keep management and senior team members informed on significant developments and progress on the engagement.

As a Consultant, your main responsibility will be performing field works and supporting more senior team members in project management. You will;

Complete tasks in investigations, commercial dispute and compliance projects,

Receive and respond to the directives of senior team members (Manager, Senior Manager) in completing tasks and assignments,

Ensure communication with the client and internal know-how transfer,

Gather, organize, understand, analyze and summarize supporting documentation,

Conduct e-mail reviews, interviews and background investigations,

Conduct document and transaction reviews,

Understand and interpret financial statements, records and perform financial analyses,

Perform walkthroughs on internal control environment.

Requirements:

• 0-4 years of relevant experience such as, forensic, internal audit & internal control, compliance, forensic technology or commercial dispute preferably with a professional services firm.
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, economics or related areas from top tier universities.
• Proficient in English both written and oral.
• Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, research, sampling, and quantitative/data analysis abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, teamwork oriented and self-disciplined.
• Awareness regarding local and international regulations such as Anti Bribery and Corruption (ABC), Anti Money Laundering (AML) and International Sanctions .
• Desire to cultivate a multi-industry experience and skillset.
• Willingness to travel (domestic & international).

Desired Capabilities:

• Database expertise such as SQL, Python.
• Accounting knowledge.
• Personal interest in forensic technology tools such as EnCase, Intella, Oxygen Forensics, Cellebrite UFED, Magnet Axiom.
• Personal interest in law, litigation and complex commercial matters.
