Job Title: Investigation Officer


We are seeking a qualified Investigation Officer with strong experience in labor investigations to ensure fair, compliant, and well-documented handling of employee-related cases.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct labor investigations related to employee misconduct, violations, and grievances
  • Interview employees, witnesses, and relevant stakeholders in a professional and confidential manner
  • Collect, analyze, and document evidence in line with labor laws and company policies
  • Prepare clear and accurate investigation reports with findings and recommendations
  • Ensure investigations are handled objectively, ethically, and confidentially
  • Coordinate with HR and management on corrective actions and case closure


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in labor investigations
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR policies
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
  • High level of integrity and discretion
