Job Title: Investigation Officer
We are seeking a qualified
Investigation Officer
with strong experience in labor investigations to ensure fair, compliant, and well-documented handling of employee-related cases.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct labor investigations related to employee misconduct, violations, and grievances

Interview employees, witnesses, and relevant stakeholders in a professional and confidential manner

Collect, analyze, and document evidence in line with labor laws and company policies

Prepare clear and accurate investigation reports with findings and recommendations

Ensure investigations are handled objectively, ethically, and confidentially

Coordinate with HR and management on corrective actions and case closure
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
in Law, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum
5 years of experience
in
labor investigations

Fluent in English
(spoken and written)

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR policies

Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills

High level of integrity and discretion
