This member is responsible to operate the skip trace (research) process of locating and updating individual and business claimant names, addresses, and phone numbers in our database. We use an online skip tracing tool that allows us to research and continually update our information. If you have an investigative mind, you will find this job interesting and rewarding.
Responsibilities:
- Locate and verify current addresses, phone numbers, and contact information
- Conduct investigative research related to claims, recovery, fraud prevention, or adverse drivers
- Analyze public records, databases, and internal systems
- Document findings clearly and accurately
- Support claims, recovery, or legal teams with verified data
Qualifications:
- Ability to analyze and verify data accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
