We are hiring experienced Real Estate Investment Advisors to join our growing team and focus on vertical apartment sales in one of Lahore’s leading residential communities. This role is ideal for motivated professionals who are confident in client handling and passionate about real estate investments.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for apartment projects
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and partners
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
• Manage client portfolios and provide customized investment advice
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives
• Monitor real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare performance reports

Job Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate sales or investment advisory
• Strong understanding of Bahria Town Lahore, particularly apartment projects
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
• Self-driven, professional, and results-oriented
