Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and target-driven Senior Sales Consultant to join our growing team at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal Regional Office. The ideal candidate will act as a financial advisor, helping clients choose the right Takaful products for protection, savings, retirement, and future planning.

This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales, relationship building, and achieving financial success through performance.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, and market outreach to build a strong client pipeline.

Client Consultation:
Conduct professional meetings to assess clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable Takaful plans.

Sales Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning and follow-ups.

Relationship Management:
Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and future business opportunities.

Market Awareness:
Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure all proposals and documentation are completed accurately in line with company and regulatory standards.

Job Specifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, banking, insurance, or financial services.

Skills Required:
Strong communication and presentation skills

Confidence in meeting clients face-to-face

Target-oriented mindset

Negotiation and persuasion abilities

Basic financial and product understanding

Professional appearance and attitude
