Top-Tier Investment Management Firm is seeking an Investment Advisory Client Services Associate!
Responsibilities:

Responsible for new account onboarding, distribution of statements and invoices, maintaining distribution lists, and communicating with clients

Assist with weekly, monthly, quarterly client reporting and address any client feedback in a timely manner.

Work with internal departments to research and resolve escalated shareholder inquiries.

Periodically review forms and applications for accuracy and completeness.

Maintain client portal database and onboard new client contacts.

Address shareholder inquiries received via inbound phone line, email, and mail.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree.

Familiarity with the high-net-worth investment management business and the administrative processes related to investment products and account-opening.

1-5 years experience in a similar position

General knowledge of the asset management industry preferred

Experience with Advent APX and Salesforce preferred
-
Ability to prioritize and organize workload, multi-task, adapts quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines.

Shows strong aptitude to anticipate client requests.
