Role Overview:

Power-Tek Global Inc. is seeking an Investment Analyst to support deal sourcing, financial modeling, and investment analysis across power, renewables, utilities, data centers, and real estate. The role involves market research, financial valuation, and investment presentations to drive key decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Power, Renewables & Utilities Investment:

• Market Research & Analysis – Identify trends and investment opportunities.
• Financial Modeling & Valuation – Develop financial models for power and energy assets.
• Due Diligence – Assess technical, regulatory, and financial aspects of potential investments.
• Investment Reports & Presentations – Prepare materials for senior management and investment committees.

Real Estate & Data Centers Investment:

• Market & Asset Analysis – Evaluate real estate and data center opportunities, focusing on energy-intensive assets.
• Financial Underwriting – Build pro forma models, conduct cap rate analysis, and assess development feasibility.
• Data Center Investment Analysis – Assess power demand, cooling requirements, and site selection criteria.
• Transaction Support – Assist in deal structuring, acquisition due diligence, and investment execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field (CFA preferred).
• 1-2 years in investment banking, private equity, real estate finance, or infrastructure investments.
• Strong financial modeling & valuation skills (DCF, IRR, sensitivity analysis).
• Excellent communication & presentation abilities for investor reports and pitch decks.
• Understanding of data center investments, renewable energy, and real estate development is a plus.
