Investment Analyst

We are seeking an Investment Analyst to join our company . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the private equity portfolio, engaging with investee companies, and supporting financial analysis and reporting to ensure accurate and efficient investment operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing and updating KYC documentation required by portfolio companies and fund managers.
• Manage the direct Private Equity (“PE”) portfolio of Almutlaq Group and serve as a liaison between Senior Management and investee companies.
• Analyze Board Packs and engage with investee company leadership teams.
• Work with advisors and oversee investee companies’ transformation journeys.
• Actively monitor and manage assigned investment assets – both active (hands-on for significant stakes) and passive (for minority stakes).
• Keep track of the performance of these assets proactively and provide Senior Management with updates on latest developments, annual roadmaps, and potential transaction opportunities (e.g., stake ramp-up or divestiture).
• Foster and manage 360° relationships with Senior Management, investee company leadership, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Perform deep-dive analyses of financial statements, Board Pack reviews, and financial models for underlying projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• Required Experience: At least 2 years in investment analysis or portfolio management.
• Language requirements: Arabic & English (Must).
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including financial modeling and investment analysis.
• Excellent relationship management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
