Investment Analyst

RePie Yatırım Holding is looking for an Analyst with strong analytical and quantitative skills, to join its fast-growing platform. This is an opportunity to be part of an extensive investment network and to work across a variety of sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Assist on building financial models (3 statements, DCF, comps, sensitivities)
• Draft and keep up to date investment materials (IC decks, teasers)
• Run market research and company screening
• Assist on portfolio coverage reports as per the Board needs
• Support ad-hoc projects (meeting minutes, valuation notes) and tasks related to the investment processes including transaction documents and regulatory filings.

Core Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Engineering from a reputable university
• Up to 2 years’ experience in corporate finance, business valuation, investment banking, private equity or related experience
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Solid grasp of valuation basics: DCF, trading/transaction comps
• Analytical mindset, high attention to detail
• Fluency in English
• Familiarity with market intelligence tools such as Capital IQ, Pitchbook, Mergermarket (nice to have)
