About The Role

In this role, you will monitor key performance metrics and execute project plans to enhance business processes both in the office and in the field. You will own solutions end-to-end—from design to hands-on implementation—working closely with technology teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and directly on-site where operations happen. By combining data-driven analysis with field insights, you will bring fresh perspectives, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure that strategies translate into real, measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring key performance metrics and executing project plans with teams to improve business processes and functions,
• Providing solutions and developments according to operation and business needs by owning it end-to-end from design to implementation,
• Bringing new insights into way of doing business, by brainstorming activities based on numerical analysis and reports,
• Raise awareness and maintain the culture of continuous improvement,
• Having business judgement and good instincts while working closely with technology teams
• Working as part of a data-oriented and multifunctional team.

Expected Qualifications

• University degree (BSc or MSc) in Industrial Engineering or related engineering background
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business and operations development, project management (E-commerce logistics experience is a plus)
• Excellent level of written and spoken English
• Passionate to work with multiple departments (e.g. tech, ops, finance, delivery, customer exp)
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, with strong cross-team coordination skills
• Strong sense of analytical thinking, result-oriented and eager to learn
• Excellent at Excel and SQL is a plus
