Investment Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Investment Analyst to join a well-established investment organization in Qatar. This role is suitable for candidates with prior experience in financial institutions , such as banks, brokerage firms, asset management companies, or investment houses.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of local market investments through banks and brokerage platforms
• Evaluate and monitor equities, options, derivatives, fixed income instruments , and related financial products
• Prepare detailed investment research, valuation models, and market outlook reports
• Support portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk assessment activities
• Track market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory developments impacting investments
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external financial institutions to support investment decisions
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Mandatory experience with financial institutions only (banks, brokerage firms, asset managers, investment companies)
• Strong hands-on experience in local market investments
• Solid understanding of equities, derivatives, options, and fixed income products
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently with high levels of confidentiality
• CFA (or progress toward CFA) is a strong advantage
