Investor Relations Manager

• Manage communication with investors, analysts, and shareholders
• Prepare investor presentations, earnings releases, and annual reports
• Coordinate earnings calls, investor meetings, and roadshows
• Ensure compliance with SEBI and stock exchange disclosure requirements
• Track market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment
• Support management in capital market and fund-raising activities

Qualification: CA
Experience: 5–10 years in Investor Relations / Corporate Finance / Equity Research
