Manager – Compliance & Investor Relations ( CA or CS)

Role Overview
The role focuses primarily on regulatory compliance and investor communication for a SEBI-registered Long-Only Category III Open-Ended AIF.
The individual will support SEBI regulatory filings, compliance documentation, investor reporting, and ongoing investor communications, working closely with compliance, operations, and senior management.

This role is well suited for early-career professionals (0–3 years) seeking long-term careers in AIF compliance, fund operations, or investor relations, rather than investment research

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Background

• CA / CS (completed or pursuing)

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in:
• AIFs, PMS, mutual funds, AMCs, broking firms, or capital market–related roles
• Freshers with strong internships or regulatory exposure may be considered

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong interest in regulatory compliance and investor communication
• Basic understanding of SEBI regulations and capital market structures
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple reporting requirements
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,361.32 - ₹118,709.67 per month
