Investment Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis to identify viable investment opportunities in the real estate sector
• Develop detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, valuation analyses, and investment performance metrics
• Perform due diligence on potential investments, including evaluating property conditions, market trends, and financial performance
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal stakeholders and potential investors
• Monitor existing investments, providing regular performance updates and identifying any operational or financial issues
• Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and acquisitions, to develop investment strategies and support decision-making processes

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA or Master's degree is a plus
• 1 year of experience in investment analysis, financial modeling, or similar roles, preferably in the real estate sector
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
• Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and investment processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
