Investment Analyst- Real Estate & Property Management

Job Role: The Investment Analyst will conduct the detailed financial analysis, investment feasibility studies, and market research across the real estate and hospitality sectors. The role requires advanced financial modelling, due diligence support, and the preparation of investment materials to guide executive decision‑making. This is an outcome‑driven position aligned with project requirements and strategic investment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Modelling & Feasibility

  • Conduct comprehensive investment feasibility studies, including cash‑flow projections, ROI, and IRR assessment for ADG projects.
  • Build, maintain, and update advanced financial models using DCF, comparable transactions, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities by analyzing project risks, returns, and financial viability.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Carry out deep market research covering real estate trends, hospitality and development performance, demand–supply dynamics, and competitor benchmarks.
  • Monitor macroeconomic indicators, regulatory changes, and sector developments affecting investment strategy

Due Diligence & Transaction Support

  • Support end‑to‑end due diligence by analyzing legal, financial, operational, and regulatory documentation.
  • Participate in property inspections, site visits, and stakeholder meetings as required.
  • Assist in evaluating acquisition, development, and divestment opportunities.

Reporting & Presentation

  • Prepare high‑quality investment documents such as investment memoranda, pitch decks, valuation reports, and executive summaries.
  • Present key findings and analysis to internal teams and senior management

Qualification & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, Investments, or a related discipline.
  • Preferred Professional certifications CFA – Chartered Financial Analyst, RICS – Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, CAIA – Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, CIMA – Certified Investment Management Analyst

Work Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in investment analysis, real estate finance, hospitality investment, or a related field.
  • Proven exposure to evaluating acquisitions, developments, or real estate portfolios.
  • Experience with regional or international investment markets is an added advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED16,000.00 per month
