Investment Associate

The Investment Associate will support the evaluation, execution, and management of investment opportunities. This role involves conducting industry research, performing financial analysis and modeling, preparing investment memos, and participating in portfolio company oversight. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for investing. The individual will need to be fluent in English & Arabic and able to present in both languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and industry research to identify potential investment opportunities
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Analyze financial statements, business models, and competitive positioning of target companies
• Support due diligence efforts, including coordination with legal, financial, and operational advisors
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal investment committees in both English & Arabic
• Monitor and report on portfolio company performance and support value-creation initiatives
• Participate in meetings with management teams, advisors, and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools (e.g., CapIQ, PitchBook, Bloomberg)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Arabic
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to live and work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
