Duties and Responsibilities  
   Supports the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) with day-to-day administration, operations and provides  exceptional client service to support achievement of business objectives. A client-focused role, committed to managing and growing client relationships through the delivery of service and advice. 
  Schedules and helps prepare client portfolio reviews including setting up client calls, scheduling meetings, preparing reviews and providing updates .
  Follows up on client inquiries, account maintenance including loans and deposits, transfers and remitting funds upon client s request. 
   Timely dissemination of Corporate Action / Notification to clients and updating the banks in case of any corporate event. 
   Resolves client complaints in a timely and effective manner; escalate as required.
  Accepts and executes client-initiated trades via email and provides stock information as requested. 
  Handles clients  general day-to-day requests and inquiries including basic money movement (e.g., wires, transfers), technology issues, and follows up in a timely and confidential manner. 
  Generates weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and documents for CIO and clients as requested and processes items for client accounts and files. 
  Maintains and organizes client database and client files. 
  Monitors incoming and outgoing assets and notifications of required actions to rebalance portfolios. 
  Develops rapport and instill confidence with the client to develop credibility and promote positive client experience resulting in retaining long- term client relationships and delivers exceptional client experience. 
   Assists with managing a portfolio of clients to retain and grow the share of wallet. 
   Works collaboratively within the market, internal stakeholders and the community to build relationships and deliver the desired customer experience. 
  Protects the Bank's assets and clients  assets and complies with all regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements. 
  Maintains the confidentiality of client and company information. 
  Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed
 Skills 
  Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of databases is a plus.
  Excellent analytical, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills. 
  High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
  Good knowledge of investment operations (e.g., pricing investment products, trade placement).
