Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Investment Director to lead our investment activities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, due diligence, and portfolio management, coupled with exceptional analytical and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for identifying investment opportunities, conducting thorough analysis, structuring deals, and managing our investment portfolio to achieve superior financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the group's investment strategy, identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities across various asset classes and industries.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and risk assessments for potential investments.
• Source, negotiate, and structure investment deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Manage and monitor the performance of the investment portfolio, making strategic adjustments as needed to optimize returns and manage risk.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with co-investors, financial institutions, industry experts, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare investment recommendations and present them to the investment committee and senior management.
• Stay abreast of market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact investment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant investment regulations and corporate governance standards.
• Contribute to the overall strategic direction and growth of Nobleaus Group.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, or corporate finance, with a proven track record in identifying and executing successful investments.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, investment analysis, valuation techniques, and portfolio management.
• Demonstrated success in deal sourcing, negotiation, and structuring.
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and investment analysis software.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or CFA charter is highly preferred.
