تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات استثمارية فعّالة لإدارة محافظ العملاء وتحقيق أهداف العائد ضمن مستويات المخاطر المقبولة، مع الالتزام الكامل باللوائح التنظيمية الصادرة عن هيئة قطر للأسواق المالية وبورصة قطر.

- تحليل الأسواق المالية والاقتصاد الكلي لتحديد الفرص الاستثمارية.

- تصميم استراتيجيات استثمارية تتماشى مع أهداف العملاء ومستوى تحملهم للمخاطر.

- تنفيذ ومتابعة الاستثمارات في مختلف فئات الأصول مثل الأسهم والسندات والأدوات المالية الأخرى.

- مراقبة أداء المحافظ وتعديل الاستراتيجيات حسب الحاجة.

- ضمان الالتزام بجميع اللوائح والقوانين الصادرة عن QFMA وQSE.

- إعداد التقارير الدورية المطلوبة من الجهات التنظيمية.

- تقديم تقارير دورية للعملاء حول أداء محافظهم.

- مناقشة الأهداف الاستثمارية وتحديثات السوق مع العملاء.

- قيادة وتوجيه فريق من المحللين والمساعدين الاستثماريين.

- تطوير مهارات الفريق من خلال التدريب والتوجيه المستمر.

- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية، الاقتصاد أو مجال ذي صلة؛ ويفضل الحاصلين على شهادة CFA.

- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال إدارة الاستثمارات أو تحليل الأسواق المالية.

- معرفة عميقة بالأسواق المالية القطرية والدولية.

- إجادة استخدام أدوات التحليل المالي والنماذج الاستثمارية.

- مهارات تواصل قوية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

- تحليل مالي متقدم وقدرة على اتخاذ قرارات استثمارية مستنيرة.

- فهم عميق لاستراتيجيات إدارة المحافظ وتخصيص الأصول.

- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتلبية المواعيد النهائية.

- مهارات قيادية وإدارية لتوجيه الفريق وتحقيق الأهداف.

- هيئة قطر للأسواق المالية (QFMA): الجهة التنظيمية المسؤولة عن تنظيم ومراقبة الأسواق المالية في قطر.

- بورصة قطر (QSE): السوق المالي الرسمي لتداول الأوراق المالية في قطر.

- المقدمة الدولية للأوراق المالية والاستثمار (International Introduction to Securities and Investment).

- قواعد ولوائح QFMA.

- شهادة الاستثمار الدولية (International Certificate in Investment Management).

Job Title: Investment Manager

Department: Asset Management / Investment

Reporting to: CEO / Board of Directors

Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Objective

To develop and implement effective investment strategies for managing client portfolios, aiming to achieve desired returns within acceptable risk levels, in full compliance with the regulations set by the Qatar Financial Markets Authority (QFMA) and the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE).

Key Responsibilities

1. Investment Strategy Development:

- Analyze financial markets and macroeconomic indicators to identify investment opportunities.

- Design investment strategies aligned with client objectives and risk tolerance.

2. Portfolio Management:

- Execute and monitor investments across various asset classes, including equities, bonds, and other financial instruments.

- Regularly review portfolio performance and adjust strategies as needed.

3. Compliance and Regulation:

- Ensure adherence to all regulations and laws issued by QFMA and QSE.

- Prepare and submit periodic reports required by regulatory bodies.

4. Client Communication:

- Provide clients with regular reports on portfolio performance.

- Discuss investment goals and market updates with clients.

5. Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of analysts and investment assistants.

- Foster team development through continuous training and guidance.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA certification preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment management or financial market analysis.

- Deep understanding of Qatari and international financial markets.

- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and investment models.

- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
