Investment Manager

Experience: 3-7 years (UAE)

Work location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the company’s investment strategy across direct investments, projects, JVs, and M&A
• Evaluate new investment opportunities through financial modeling and valuation, including DCF, IRR, NPV, scenario and risk analysis
• Participate in transaction execution, due diligence, and coordination with external advisors (financial, legal, tax, banks)
• Track and analyze post-investment performance, update valuations, and support exit analysis
• Provide financial and investment analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and management decision-making
• Support project finance and funding activities, including project cash flow modeling and financing structure analysis
• Conduct research on digital assets and Real World Assets (RWA) and support evaluation of asset-backed or hybrid investment structures

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
• 3–7 years of experience in investment, private equity, corporate finance, project finance, or related roles in UAE
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with hands-on DCF experience
• Exposure to project finance or asset-backed investments is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Middle East / Arab markets preferred
• Interest in digital assets and RWA; understanding of basic concepts required
• Strong analytical skills, execution capability, and attention to detail
• Fluent in English; Arabic and/or Mandarin is a plus"

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
