Investment Operations Analyst

About Us

We are an asset management team investing across PSX, UAE markets, US equities, and a range of commodities through multiple CFD platforms. Our investment approach is dynamic and diversified, requiring robust operational support to maintain accuracy and efficiency across portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

· Record and verify trades across equities and commodity portfolios.

· Daily reconciliation with brokers, custodians, and CFD platforms.

· Maintain accurate portfolio records across all markets.

· Track cash flows, corporate actions, and dividends.

· Assist with daily/weekly/monthly performance reporting.

· Streamline operational workflows for trade booking and reporting.

· Develop and enhance reporting tools (Excel, SQL/Python preferred).

What We're Looking For

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

· 1-2 years of experience in investment operations, fund administration, or related financial services.

· Familiarity with multi-market environments (South Asia, Middle East, US) is a strong plus.

· Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, settlement, and reconciliations.

· Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL/Python is a plus.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
