About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, providing key insights, and supporting critical decision-making within the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

● Financial Reporting & Analysis:

○ Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

○ Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and prepare insightful reports for management.

○ Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

○ Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, costs, profitability, and other relevant metrics.

● Budgeting & Forecasting: ○ Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.

○ Monitor actual performance against budget and provide variance analysis and recommendations.

● Accounting & Financial Operations:

○ Support the respective team with various tasks, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and data entry.

○ Assist with the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.

○ Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

● Project Financial Analysis:

○ Evaluate the financial feasibility of new projects/network onboarding and initiatives.

○ Conduct cost-benefit analyses and prepare financial projections for new ventures.

● Business Partnering:

○ Collaborate closely with teams across various departments to provide financial insights and support.

○ Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on financial matters.

● Data Analysis & Reporting:

○ Analyze large datasets using various tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

○ Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key financial performance indicators.

● System & Process Improvement:

○ Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems.

○ Implement and maintain best practices in financial reporting and analysis.

● Special Projects:

○ Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

● Technology and Automation

○ Leverage financial software and tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho for accurate bookkeeping and reporting.

○ Work with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to create interactive dashboards and data visualizations.

○ Identify opportunities to automate financial processes and improve efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

● 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably within the software or e-commerce industry.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, macros, and data analysis tools.

● Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is preferred.

● Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
