Job Opportunity: Finance Executive

We are looking for a skilled Finance Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in managing a wide range of financial responsibilities, including reconciliations, payroll audits, inventory tracking, vendor payments, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advances reconciliations, payroll audits, payroll comparisons.

Oversee and manage inventory and stock working, ensuring accurate tracking and adjustments.

Reconcile bank statements and oversee vendor reconciliations.

Prepare detailed vendor payment sheets, issue cheques, and manage accounts payable and receivable.

Support audit processes by preparing consolidated and branch-specific adjustment sheets.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of payroll, reconciliation, and audit processes.

Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and data management.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.

Education: MBA Finance or ACCA part qualified
