Job Summary
We’re seeking an experienced and problem-solving HR Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for supporting our rapidly growing Software House, with a specific focus on our Design and Marketing departments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing the complete employee lifecycle, with expertise in compensation, benefits, and attendance tracking within a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Industry & Employee Management:
- Act as the primary HR contact and strategic partner for the Design and Marketing teams, understanding the unique needs and career paths within the creative and software house landscape.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a positive work environment.
- Compensation & Attendance:
- Accurately execute the monthly payroll process, ensuring all compensation, deductions, and benefits are correctly administered.
- Manage the employee attendance system, including tracking hours, leave (vacation, sick, etc.), and ensuring adherence to company policy.
- Handle benefits administration and manage related vendor relationships.
- Problem-Solving & Culture:
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to address complex employee relations issues, policy conflicts, and process inefficiencies in a fair and timely manner.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive, engaging, and performance-driven company culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a dedicated Human Resources role.
- Must have experience working within the Software House Industry, ideally supporting Design, Marketing, or Technology-focused teams.
- Proven expertise in payroll and attendance management for a mid-sized organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve diverse employee management and relations challenges.
- Exceptional problem-solving, conflict resolution, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
