Job Summary

We’re seeking an experienced and problem-solving HR Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for supporting our rapidly growing Software House, with a specific focus on our Design and Marketing departments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing the complete employee lifecycle, with expertise in compensation, benefits, and attendance tracking within a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Industry & Employee Management:
  • Act as the primary HR contact and strategic partner for the Design and Marketing teams, understanding the unique needs and career paths within the creative and software house landscape.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a positive work environment.
  • Compensation & Attendance:
  • Accurately execute the monthly payroll process, ensuring all compensation, deductions, and benefits are correctly administered.
  • Manage the employee attendance system, including tracking hours, leave (vacation, sick, etc.), and ensuring adherence to company policy.
  • Handle benefits administration and manage related vendor relationships.
  • Problem-Solving & Culture:
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to address complex employee relations issues, policy conflicts, and process inefficiencies in a fair and timely manner.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive, engaging, and performance-driven company culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a dedicated Human Resources role.
  • Must have experience working within the Software House Industry, ideally supporting Design, Marketing, or Technology-focused teams.
  • Proven expertise in payroll and attendance management for a mid-sized organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve diverse employee management and relations challenges.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, conflict resolution, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
