HR Executive (Male) – Shaadi.org.pk | Gulshan Branch, Karachi

We are looking for a Male HR Executive for our Gulshan e Iqbal Branch who is passionate about recruitment, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a positive and productive workplace, managing staff coordination, and ensuring smooth implementation of company HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, shortlisting, and interviews.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and HR documentation.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
• Assist management in employee evaluations, performance tracking, and policy compliance.
• Prepare and manage HR letters, memos, and official reports.
• Address employee concerns, support conflict resolution, and maintain healthy employee relations.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Department for payroll processing and benefit disbursement.
• Ensure effective implementation of all HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
• Gender: Male only
• Age: 25 years or above

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional attitude with a team-oriented approach.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: Rs. 75,000 – 150,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Work Schedule

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
