HR INTERN- FEMALE

Soft Nation Technologies is looking for HR intern to join the team

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Timings: 12pm-9pm

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Assist in sourcing, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
• Support onboarding formalities and new hire orientation sessions.
• Prepare and maintain employee files and documentation.

Employee Engagement & Events:

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
• Contribute creative ideas for improving employee experience and culture.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6 months of internship or work experience in HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced HR environment.
