Job Purpose:
To manage and oversee all HR and administrative operations while providing direct executive support to the CEO. The role requires multitasking ability, confidentiality, and strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:1. Human Resource Management
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR database.
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
- Conduct performance appraisals and maintain discipline across departments.
- Plan and execute employee training and development activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
2. Administration Management
- Oversee office administration, maintenance, and security operations.
- Handling Government Agencies Labor Departments, K Electric Sessi and EOBI matters
- Manage procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination.
- Supervise drivers, office boys, and support staff.
- Handle company asset management, including vehicles and equipment.
- Maintain office budget and control administrative expenses.
- Ensure a smooth work environment and adherence to company protocols.
3. CEO Assistance / Executive Support
- Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, review, and manage confidential correspondence and reports.
- Coordinate between the CEO and department heads for task follow-ups.
- Prepare meeting minutes, presentations, and performance summaries.
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
- Represent the CEO in meetings when required and ensure deadlines are met.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication (English & Urdu)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of HR laws and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters
Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in HR & Admin roles; prior experience supporting top management preferred.
