HR & Admin Manager cum CEO Assistant (S.I.T.E Area Karachi)

Karachi, Pakistan

Job Purpose:

To manage and oversee all HR and administrative operations while providing direct executive support to the CEO. The role requires multitasking ability, confidentiality, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:1. Human Resource Management

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR database.
  • Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and maintain discipline across departments.
  • Plan and execute employee training and development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

2. Administration Management

  • Oversee office administration, maintenance, and security operations.
  • Handling Government Agencies Labor Departments, K Electric Sessi and EOBI matters
  • Manage procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination.
  • Supervise drivers, office boys, and support staff.
  • Handle company asset management, including vehicles and equipment.
  • Maintain office budget and control administrative expenses.
  • Ensure a smooth work environment and adherence to company protocols.

3. CEO Assistance / Executive Support

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and manage confidential correspondence and reports.
  • Coordinate between the CEO and department heads for task follow-ups.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, presentations, and performance summaries.
  • Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
  • Represent the CEO in meetings when required and ensure deadlines are met.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication (English & Urdu)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of HR laws and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters

Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR & Admin roles; prior experience supporting top management preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
