Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. The person will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's human resources functions in generalist role. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in HR metrics/ KPIs skills, exposure to work HR Systems along with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development and Organization Development.

Responsibilities:

HR Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain HR metrics, KPIs reports, and dashboards for data-driven decision-making

HR Best Practices: Benchmark current practices with industry latest best practices in HR

Recruitment & Selection: Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding

Compensation & Benefits: Assist in payroll processing, salary benchmarking, changes in compensation, and offboarding and benefits administration

Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, tracking employee performance and provide coaching and feedback to employees

Training & Development: Identify training needs, organize learning programs, and track employee development

Organizational Development (OD): Contribute to policy development, change management, and employee engagement initiatives

Collaborate with management: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and employee retention strategies

Compliance & Employee Relations: Ensure compliances, handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge and experience of HR functions specially in Recruitment and selection, compensation structures, training programs, and OD initiatives
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support leadership in HR strategy execution
  • Recruitment & selection experience shall be preferred
  • Proficiency in HR metrics, HR KPIs, and dashboards for data-driven decision-making. Strong command on data analytics tools like Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Emotional Intelligence and Persuasion skills
  • Strong problem-solving and result orientation skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Fluency in English is compulsory
