HR - Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to core HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Support in onboarding new hires and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and assist in daily HR operations.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional HR environment.
