Role Overview

As an Investment Property Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through property investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi’s thriving real estate market. You will build long-term relationships, provide expert advice, and deliver exceptional service to help clients achieve their investment goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the investment property sector.
• Advise clients on property options, market trends, and investment strategies.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closing of sales transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, regulations, and investment opportunities.
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in investment properties.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s property market and investment landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
• UAE driving license preferred.
