About the Role

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Investment Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. This role focuses on advising clients on property investments, identifying high‑value opportunities, and guiding investors through the full acquisition process. The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, a solid understanding of real estate investment principles, and the ability to build long‑term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
• Conduct market research and analyze property values, ROI, rental yields, and investment trends.
• Present investment proposals and tailored property recommendations to clients.
• Manage property inquiries, conduct viewings, and provide detailed investment insights.
• Negotiate offers and close deals while ensuring compliance with UAE real estate regulations.
• Build and maintain a strong network of investors, developers, and industry partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow internal sales processes.
• Stay updated on new developments, off‑plan projects, and market shifts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of property investment concepts, financial metrics, and market analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and investment portfolios simultaneously.
• Professional, proactive, and results‑driven approach.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE real estate experience preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car is an advantage.
