Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities across Abu Dhabi.
• Promote off‑plan and ready properties with strong ROI and capital growth potential.
• Conduct investment presentations, financial breakdowns, and market analyses.
• Build and manage a portfolio of local and international investors.
• Stay updated on new project launches, payment plans, rental yields, and market trends.
• Negotiate offers and close high‑value investment transactions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales processes.
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and investment expertise.

Requirements

• Experience in investment real estate sales or property advisory is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and investment strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust with investors and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate investment market is a strong plus.
