About Company & Role Purpose
A Bahraini asset management company is seeking a seasoned professional for the position of Investment Sales Associate to cover GCC & MENA clients. The Sales Associate will work on sales in the GCC region targeting local UHNWI, HNWI, and multi-family offices. This role involves building strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
- Identify and target UHNWI, HNWI, and multi-family offices across the GCC and MENA region.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales KPIs.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Present the firm's asset management services, advisory solutions, global markets execution, fiduciary deposits, and lifestyle services to potential clients.
- Promote both conventional and non-conventional investment solutions.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients to drive business growth and retention.
- Understand client needs and tailor investment solutions accordingly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients.
- Plan and execute client events in Bahrain specifically for UHNWI clients.
- Increase the quality of firm services by providing feedback to various departments on services and investment solutions.
- Communicate client insights and market trends to internal teams to enhance product offerings.
- Fulfill sales KPIs as defined by management.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and revenue generation.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of extensive experience in serving HNWI and UHNWI clients with investment solutions (both conventional and non-conventional).
- Proven track record in sales within the GCC asset management, private banking, or wealth management sector.
- Strong understanding of asset management services, advisory, global markets execution, and fiduciary deposits.
- Existing network of HNWI/UHNWI and multi-family office contacts in the GCC/MENA region is highly preferred.
Skills
- High-level sales skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and meet targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
- Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex investment solutions to sophisticated clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the firm at high-level client events.
