We are a Dubai-based investment advisory and business development firm, working with international investors and entrepreneurs seeking high-value opportunities in the UAE and GCC.

This is a consultative, high-trust sales role, not a call-centre position.

Role Overview

As an Investment Sales Consultant, you will engage with qualified investors and decision-makers, guide them through opportunities, and close deals in the range of:

AED 500,000 – AED 5,000,000+

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with investors on suitable investment/business options based on goals and risk profile
  • Present and close high-ticket opportunities (AED 500K – 5M+)
  • Maintain strong relationships with HNW clients and repeat investors
  • Support proposal creation with ROI calculations and deal structure
  • Coordinate with management, legal, and operations teams to finalize agreements
  • Attend networking events and business meetings when required
  • Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Fluent English (spoken & written) — Non-negotiable
  • Proven sales track record in one of the following:
  • Investment advisory
  • Business development
  • Real estate sales (high-ticket)
  • Business brokerage
  • Wealth management
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Confidence handling HNW clients and business owners
  • Professional appearance and client-facing attitude
  • UAE-based or ready to relocate immediately

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience in UAE real estate, forex, crypto, or business brokerage
  • Existing network of HNW clients in UAE/GCC
  • Additional languages: Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin
  • Finance/Business degree
  • Certifications: CFA / CFP (not required)

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: AED 5,000

Commission: Uncapped – performance-based

Earning Potential: Strong performers can reach AED 25,000 – 60,000+ monthly

Consultant → Senior Consultant → Team Lead → Sales Director

Performance Expectations

  • Pipeline target: AED 2M – 5M monthly
  • Expected closing ratio: 15–25% (for qualified leads)
  • Focus on trust-building and long-term investor relationships

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
