We’re partnering with a fast-growing, family-owned real estate investment company in Richardson since 2016 that’s actively looking for a licensed real estate professional who knows how to build relationships, work a pipeline, and close.

This is an ideal opportunity for a realtor who loves real estate and sales—but wants consistent base pay, strong upside, real structure, and high deal volume without the constant pressure of self-sourcing every transaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Make consistent outbound calls and follow-ups to engage with and build relationships with real estate investors
  • Speak with buyers daily to understand their goals, buying criteria, and investment strategies
  • Market and present off-market investment opportunities to your buyer network
  • Build, grow, and maintain a strong pipeline of active, repeat, and referral-based buyers
  • Meet with investors in person—coffee, lunches, property tours, and networking opportunities—to strengthen relationships and build long-term trust
  • Negotiate offers and help guide deals from initial interest through closing
  • Work closely with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth communication and successful transactions
  • Track all communication, buyer activity, and deal flow within Salesforce and internal systems
  • Stay highly organized with follow-up and pipeline management to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks
  • Consistently build credibility, create value, and position yourself as a trusted resource within your buyer network

Big Plus:

Active Texas Real Estate License preferred
