Investments and Strategy Assistant Manager

Our Group’s Investments and Strategy Department is now seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Investments and Strategy Assistant Manager who is ready to contribute to high-impact strategic projects and investment evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, consulting, or high-growth technology businesses

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent command of MS Excel and presentation tools; experience in building and understanding complex financial models is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Self-starter with a resilient, proactive, and solution-driven attitude

• Strong commercial judgment and strategic mindset; ability to connect financial insights with business decisions

Job Description

• Evaluate investment opportunities across various industries

• Support in preparing investment memos and presentation materials for the Investment Committee

• Analyze growth potential, sustainability, and key risks of new and existing businesses from macro and micro perspectives

• Develop dynamic financial models, conduct sensitivity analyses, and assess valuation under various capital structures and investment scenarios

• Lead in financial and operational due diligence, including reviewing financial statements, deal structures, and economics

• Actively engage in the strategic and operational projects of subsidiaries, tracking key milestones and ensuring successful execution

• Contribute to negotiations with financial institutions, including the structuring of optimal project and acquisition financing

• Participate in the thought process of strategic initiatives, with an open environment to express views at all decision-making levels
