Role Overview

We’re seeking an Investor Account Manager to manage relationships with private investors and partners during the Haven Private Sale and subsequent ICO.

This role blends relationship management, investor relations, and strategic communication, and is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in finance, investments, or private equity who are eager to transition into Web3 and blockchain.

You will serve as a key liaison between HAVEN’s executive team and global investors — ensuring professional, transparent, and timely communication throughout each stage of the funding process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective investors and manage onboarding for the HAVEN Private Sale.
  • Maintain detailed communication and reporting with investors before, during, and after the sale.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with KYC/AML requirements.
  • Provide updates and documentation to investors on performance, milestones, and token distribution schedules.
  • Represent HAVEN professionally in calls, meetings, and presentations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and partners globally.
  • Support business development initiatives, networking, and partnership onboarding.
  • Contribute to the growth of the HAVEN Partner Network, identifying independent representatives to expand our investor reach.

Qualifications

  • Experience in finance, investor relations, account management, or private sales (Web3 or fintech experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident handling investor queries, agreements, and deal flow.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Based in Dubai (or willing to relocate).
  • Multilingual candidates are a strong advantage (English essential).
