Investor Relation Manager - Listed Investment Group

Investor Relations Manager (Investment Holding Group) We are delighted to be working with a listed investments group in the UAE, who are recruiting for an Investor Relations manager to join their team. They are a publicly listed, diversified holding group, and operate several listed subsidiaries. Debt Capital Markets experience is particularly important for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in building a IR strategy for the group Engaging with analysts and other external stakeholders

• Engaging with existing and future shareholders to understand investor perceptions Involvement in communication of earnings reports and annual releases

• Regular engagement with strategy and communication peers, arranging investor days and events

Requirements:

• 10+ years of total experience Must come from an IR role currently, with a publicly listed entity

• An understanding of financial models and reports (a background in banking would be a plus)

• Must have an understanding of DCM (and ECM) Please apply with an updated CV
